I really need to post more than once a month. Ugh.
I have been busy baking and canning, that’s my excuse and I am sticking to that. Ha..
I had wanted to do so much more this summer, but it just wasn’t to be.
I’m trying to get better at sourdough bread. So far they have all come out too dense. Over-proofing, I guess. Going to try again this weekend!
I had wanted to spend more time at the river and camping, and I’m still going to try to make that happen. I am hoping the weather cooperates.
My gardening endeavors failed. Again. I don’t know why I bother. I just cannot seem to get it right.
